Our first step will be to analyze the business to determine a value range that will be acceptable and viewed as realistic in the market place. This value process will enable the broker to find additional value before going into the market place. This unique process determines a value range based upon the different categories of buyers. With this information in hand the broker can accurately predetermine where buyers will aim in the value range.

A nominal fee is charged to offset our substantial time invested to find our client the best value range possible. This process is separate from the representation agreement. If the seller is not satisfied with our findings and recommendation they are not committed to engaging our services to market and sell the company.
